FRIDAY

Registration for 3 stage Wild Bunch opens at 8:00am* Registration and side matches Noon to 4:00pm.

Bring your priced/tagged items for Cowboy Resale Shop. 20% goes to CASS/SASS Scholarship Fund.

 

SATURDAY

Final registration is from 8:00am to 8:45am.  Opening ceremonies and safety meeting start  at 9:00am. ALL SHOOTERS  MUST ATTEND!  Main stages will begin directly after opening ceremonies & safety meeting. BBQ after all shooters complete stages- Corn Hole Tournament & Night shoot after the BBQ

SUNDAY

Wrap up "Main" stages, Open Elimination Shoot-off, and Awards ceremony.

 

AMMUNITION

MAIN MATCH:  Pistol100 rounds, Rifle 100 rounds, and Shotgun 75 rounds.  (Bring more for side matches.) WILD BUNCH: Pistol100 rounds, Rifle 30 rounds, and Shotgun 18 rounds.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION  AND ITEMS TO KEEP IN MIND

Safety First.  Eye and Hearing Protection MUST be worn by All Shooters and Spectators. You may wish to bring rain gear, insect repellant, and a folding chair.  Days may be warm and nights rather cool.

 

Bring items you wish to sell at the SASS scholarship tent with your name and price on it.

 

We have instituted an "Early Bird" Registration incentive to give us ample time to prepare plaques, badges, shooter packets/door prizes.

***EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 7 ***

 

 

$20.00 processing fee for all cancellations.  Shooter fee for match cancellations after September 1, 2021 will be credited to 2022 Appalachian Showdown, minus the $20.00 processingfee.

 

 

RESTRICTIONS

No ATVs or golf carts are permitted; wheelchairs and 3-wheeled electric chairs can be accommodated.

DIRECTIONS

 

From Berkeley Springs, WV: Take RT 9 West 15Yz miles to the Singing Hills Ranch. Range will be on your left and parking on your right.

 

From Winchester, VA: Take RT 522 North to Berkeley Springs, WV and follow the Berkeley Springs directions OR Take RT 522 North toRT 127, take RT 127 toRT 29 North toRT 9 East. Drive approximately six (6) miles to the Singing Hills Ranch.  Range will be on your right and parking on your left.

 

From Cumberland, MD: Take RT 51 (Industrial Blvd. Exit) to Paw Paw, WV. When you cross the bridge, RT 51 becomes RT 9, go approximately four (4) miles, and tum left (still RT 9). Drive approximately six (6) miles to the Singing Hills Ranch. Range will be on your right and parking on your left.
