45 LC primed brass?

I agree.

I just purchased direct from Starline,  500 pieces of .44 mag brass for $104.

45 Colt brass will probably be less expensive.  Those folks that sell 45 LC brass think it's some sort of specialty cartridge, instead of simply mis-labeled 45 Colt.  :P

Paid the fee, now $300, took the test and passed ... then one can ship primers ... 

While FedEx allows the shipment of hazardous materials, they must be shipped in compliance with 49 CFR 172. ... And no, you cannot ship primers unless you have hazmat certification. You can get that from Fedex for $150.

Primers are classified as hazardous materials. 

Primed cases are not.
