It's Snowing & Colder than a Witch's booby in a brass bra...... How do you Yankees handle month's of this Misery ????

Anyway between watching old Roy Rogers Movies, I ran across a couple of pieces of heavy scrap Leather, 3/16" thick....

Then had an idea that it would be the perfect size to make a couple of CAS .22 loading blocks.

So here's what I came up with, the holes made with a 1/4" drill bit are tight enough that the ammo stays put,

but loose enough for it to slide out easy at the Loading Table

I believe they'll work Really Well....

For a rifle, I use an old arrow of the correct diameter. Plug one end with an arrow point insert and cut off at the correct length to hold 10 cartridges and drill for a clip. Just like a primer tube. Remove the follower on the gun and drop 10 in just like primers.
