John Boy
... and these primers, Ramsets don’t need a powder charge. Pick your velocity from the following chart ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powder-actuated_tool Only issue would be the need for a rimfire firing pin. The can be used in rimfire caliber cases that have been modified to use a primer. Check Roberson Cartridge Company for available calibers

Chert Rock Chuck
I don’t understand how you are relating these to primers. These are essentially rimfire blank cartridges. I have used thousands of them in a Hilton gun.
watab kid
its been 25 years but i had a hilti ramset that took these 22cal blanks , stolen on a jobsite , never tried the blanks in a 22cal revolver but figured they would work fine , somewhere along the way hilti introduced an upsized to a 27cal IIRC ,

Jabez Cowboy,SASS # 50129
My Hilti Has both . 27 cal and .22 Caliber Barrels ... I have a "Harmond Game getter " it is a Stainless steel Insert that looks like a .25-06 case, You put a blank in the offset chamber in the case head and #4 buck shot in the case neck , presto you now have .25 caliber small game getter with a light report ... It fires that .25 caliber ball out at about 900 Fps .. And hits to point of aim at 35 yards , with my rifle sighted for zero at 300 yards .... Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
Back in the Kappa Phi Delta house we used to use the blanks loaded in revolvers or rifles and have "fly shoots." A .22 blank will pop them li'l boogers right out of the air~!
sassnetguy50
You might be able to convert .27 cal blanks to 17 WSM. This brass requires a stronger hammer spring for reliable ignition.
