Rye Miles #13621
It basically says you don't have to retreat if you're away from your home or car. Up until now you could only "Stand your ground" at home or in your car! Goes into law in 90 days. Thanks Governor DeWine for signing this!

Nickel City Dude
I wish we had that law in New York, but we are infested with Democrats and they rarely obey the Constitution.

Linn Keller, SASS 27332, BOLD 103
Signed into law, yes, but don't rejoice prematurely, nor take any precipitous action. Does not take effect until 90 days from signing.
Waxahachie Kid #17017 L
In this case, if your state isn't allowing the people to protect themselves, wherever they are...then it is time to clean the sewer, and vote them out, or better yet, run for office yourself, and work to kill the infection from the inside. It is light-years past time to stop electing the same people, with the same mind-set, over, and over, and over, and over again....ad nauseum. ignoring the Constitution/Bill of Rights can be the same thing as disobeying it.
