Shakes Peare 25
FOUND: Rossi 92 Lever Action Rifle 357 mag / 38 Special 20" Octagon Barrel Blue Case Hardened R9251203. I saw a post for a Uberti similar rifle, I just cannot justify the $$, (and it seemed to be a fair price for that gun in this market. Any of you fast shootin pards have a back up (first gun) to sell ? PM please as opposed to posting . I work and WILL get back to you, just not fast (like my shooting) Shakes P Edited January 12 by Shakes Peare
Shakes Peare 25
Still looking for my first CAS rifle. Any leads if not offers? Happy to work for it
Ramblin Randy 29
Just keep watching the SASS Classifieds and also Gun Broker. I bought a used Rossi last year at a good price. Unfortunately right now we are all limited on choices due to inventory. You may need to be less specific in what you will accepts.

Shakes Peare 25
Randy, Thanks, I am a looking most days. Seldom do we get what we want (I lucked out with that on my wife) but should always set the bar where it needs to be. I truly need 357 that will eat 38s so I can shoot. holding 10 in the magazine is a must for me. I would rather procure from a known/trusted source but look at all the sights most days.

Sedalia Dave 12,806
Answered PM Here are the pictures of the SRC with the 20" barrel. If has a few dings and wear. The blueing has been touched up in a couple of places as well.
Sedalia Dave 12,806
Here is the 24" Octagon Barrel. Note that the tang sight and the hooded front sight are not included with the rifle. I was using it for Long Range pistol caliber side matches. It will come with a SureHit front sight and a factory semi-buckhorn rear sight. It also has a few cart dings and wear.
DeaconKC 1,803
You have 2 excellent choices, a Rossi that will run 38 125 grainers is rare!
