Warden Callaway
Pretty good glaze of ice on everything this morning herein mid-Missouri. We have plenty of firewood and a wood stove so we'll just hold up until it clears.

Chief Rick
My daughter is at a truck stop in Springfield. A younger/new driver hit the nose of her truck while she was inside getting something to eat, broke the passenger side headlight/blinker and cracked the hood. Her company sent her to a repair shop but the shop couldn't get replacement parts yesterday and didn't know if they'd be able to get them today. I'm hoping they do and she can get back on the road. Forty Rod SASS 3935
We're at 46 degrees, sunny, and calm. Almost shirt sleeve weather. So far this winter we have had about an inch of snow total.
Cold Lake Kid, SASS # 51474
Had a green Christmas up here. currently, the temperature is around 33 degrees and there's only a dusting of snow. It falls, then we have a melt. Unusual for up here, but we seem to be on the edge of the cold fronts coming down from the arctic. It's usually around -20- or lower this time of year. Subdeacon Joe
Pretty cold here, too. Got down to a (almost) frigid 33 last night under a clear sky. Only up to 43 now. How will we survive?
Michigan Slim
Steady rain and 31 here. Quarter inch or so of ice on everything. Power flickered a couple times. Good day to process more 5.56 brass. My goal is to have it all sized, trimmed, primer pockets fixed up and loaded by the end of January. I want February to be a .30 carbine month. Language is a bit more colorful and creative, but agree the accent also helps. Surprised they don't accumulate more points here... maybe the accent and "color" of the dialect don't come out as much when writing sentences. Matthew Duncan
Our power went out 2 1/2 hours ago. 2" of wet snow shorted the power grid or someone took out a power pole. Turned off the main breaker at the house. Fired up the LP fueled generator in my shop, back feeding power to the house. Wife happy, happy life.
