How about zero discrimination: age 21 for military, marriage, sex, alcohol, vehicle rentals, voting, X-rated movies, etc.. After all.. if a person's brain is not fully developed to buy a firearm, they are not fully developed for sex, movies, rentals, voting, or the others. Link to comment
