Null N. Void
This is a hypothetical. Rifle and SG are not involved. There are 6 knockdown targets. The instructions are to use 10 revolver shots to knock down the six targets. If any of the 10 shots are not needed for the 6 knockdowns, dump them into the rear berm. Targets still standing at the end of the string are misses. The shooter is a Gunfighter who double cocks. The shooter simultaneously discharges the revolvers for 8 shots knocking down the knockdowns and then shots the remaining 2 shots separately into the rear berm. Does the shooter get a procedural for simultaneous discharge of the revolvers? In this case, the spotters are not needed for misses. If the targets are still up at the end of the string, there are your misses.
Major BS Walker Regulator
This has been discussed many times. It doesn't matter what the sequence is, target placement. plate rack plates etc., simultaneous discharging of pistols by a gunfighter is not allowed. Penalty. Quote Both revolvers may be cocked at the same time but must be shot one at a time to facilitate scoring. SHB p.7 - Gunfighter Style Quote Failure to comply with the rules for any shooting style category will result in the progressive penalty for “Failure to adhere to the guidelines of the shooting category” (see penalties section).
