Mud Marine,SASS#54686 Life
Nullification remains an important bulwark against federal overreach. It remains a tool as it has been for well over 200 years. Idaho will use it. I love Idaho!!! Link to comment
Charlie T Waite
For any who are note well read in Constitutional Legal Theory: Nullification, in United States constitutional history, is a legal theory that a state has the right to nullify, or invalidate, any federal law which that state has deemed unconstitutional with respect to the United States Constitution (as opposed to the state's own constitution). Simply it is the failure or refusal of a U.S. state to aid in enforcement of federal laws within its limits, especially on Constitutional grounds. Charlie Link to comment
