Finagler 6853 Life
The supply chain is messed up for everyone. Ports are full across the both coasts and the gulf. Boats in holding patterns outside the ports. Lack of drivers, tractors, dollies and rail cars to move containers. Once containers are moved and emptied, containers are rushed back across the pond to get more. Don't even wait to fill them up for goods going the other way. With unexpected demand, everyone thought the country would shut down, and then all the goods coming in for Christmas, everything is backed up. Not going to get much better for a while. Mexico will shut down for a couple weeks soon for the holidays. China will shut down for their new year in March (?) Then we will get Easter and that rush. April will roll around with summer on its heels. Hang on folks, it is going to be an interesting ride.
