Aftermarket or factory? This one is aftermarket, made by Waller & Sons. They were equipped from the factory, though. I haven't lettered this one to see if it was factory done...if so, somebody removed the original shroud. I bought this one and put it on years ago. The frame was already tapped and threaded.
