Marshal Law SASS#854 Life-Regulator
Howdy, Is this a “C” model or a “D” model? You don’t show the fore end and if it has screws in the fore end. If a “D” then a desirable shotgun. A “C” not so much.

Splitthumb
The buttons on the receiver for emptying the magazine tube is an "E" model from 1910 -1957 . The "C" model was produced I believe from 1897 ' till 1904' , then the "D" model was manufactured from then until 1909' . I could be wrong or real close to the production dates . LQ Jones
Seriously, this is a good gun - no slop at all. I cut it down & smoothed it a bit. Showed very little wear internally and will last a long, long time in our game. If I didn't already have two I don't use, I'd buy it. LQ
