Dusty Morningwood
Long shot. Anyone have a .50-70 reamer they would be willing to lend me? I have reamers for 12 and 16 gauge, so I have experience using them correctly.
Bucky Buckskin
Better look for go no go gauges as well
Doc Coles SASS 1188
With the exception of some calibers that I use frequently, I rent reamers. There are several companies that do this and I have always received excellent sharp reamers. You get them for a week or so and the rental is about a third of the price of the reamer. If you can’t find a loaner, you might try that route.
Dusty Morningwood
Doc. That is probably the route I will take.
