A Note From Harry Yount About A Unique Twist For Saturday’s Shoot:

We're trying a "Poker Run" at the shoot for those that wish to participate.

For $5, the shooter gets a playing card at each of the stages 1 through 5.

There will be a bonus for an extra card at stage 6.

And the opportunity for a 7th card for a clean shoot.

The best 5 cards win 1/2 the money collected from the poker run.

Come & join us this Saturday!

Harry

Hey, Dawg!

That poker run sounds like a good idea!

One of the prizes is a pocket pistol in .38SW. It will be given away after all the prizes are gone so everyone can have a chance at it!

Compliments of our fearless leader Harry Yount! ;)

Good - great weather and a fun shoot with friends

Bad - I didn't win the pocket pistol or the poker run.

Thanks Firelands crew for another season of fun shoots. The range looks great.

Well thanks y’all for coming out to Firelands today! King Ranch won that neat little pocket pistol and a box of ammo. Jimmy Law had the winning poker hand, 3 Tens a Jack and a King backup. $60.00 for him and $60 for the club!

Scores will be posted soon!

thanks, Rye

Great day today at Firelands and again thanks to everyone who helped get me started this year. I'm absolutely hooked. Today was a little bitter sweet. Probably my best overall day of shooting but probably last shoot of the season. Can't wait till next year!!!!!!

Ho Hum......another day......kicked Rye's butt.:P

In all fairness, Cripple Creek had a Trainwreck trifecta stage and Charlie Bill had a couple of bad stages, but then I'll take second to Swiss anytime.:D

I had a train wreck also, 5 misses on one stage then, a shotgun load would not fire and then a bad primer in my pistol caused me another miss. Probably had 35-40 seconds in penalties! UGH!
