Spurs

Lindholm Brother Spurs. The spurs were modeled after the spurs worn by the great American cowboy Viggo Mortensen in the film Hidalgo...the spurs were featured prominently in a scene in the movie.  The straps were made by the legendary leather crafter Karla Van Horne. $450 for the spurs and straps.

These spurs are way too cool...sending them back up to the top.

I shot classic cowboy. You could really shine them up, but I preferred to let them have an aged/worn look.

Too flashy for CC. That's funny. I thought the idea was to wear enough bling to blind the spotters when shooting! (I shoot CC.)

Just an FYI, these are highly collectable and are at the lower end of what they are selling for on other sites.

Would these be too flashy for classic cowboy? Since I used 45 LC thinking of going into that catagory and want to get spurs?

Thanks

That’s kinda embarrassing, been wearing them wrong for many years...I wore them under my pants with boots not tucked in. Thanks for the information.

Personally, I thought they looked more sophisticated that way.
