I have a feeling the photographer is holding a spring from that rifle...or the photo shows the part that is needed inside the gun to keep it from doing what it did. Either way, I wouldn’t want to have to explain that to the Chief or the Sergeant. ;)

When I first saw the photo I thought the white can in the picture was a roll of toilet paper. I was looking at this on my iPhone so the photo appears small. My first thought was “Yeah, that would be appropriate.” :lol:

The upper receiver had to have slammed right into his jaw and cheek. Gases going everywhere. All this in addition to the normal recoil of the 50BMG.
