Dirt Farmer, SASS #59817
This CBC was obtained used after being slicked up by Jim Bowie at the Cowboy and Indian Store. I sent it with checkering templates I drew from high grade Winchester lever guns to Errol Case in MO who did a good job executing the Fleur-de-Lis pattern. Blue Book (37th Ed) shows the CBC at 100% for $975. This gun has one small ding, left stock, that could be steamed out and touched up with Tru-Oil, or left as is. Shooting CAS, it's gonna have even more dings, giving it character. It's otherwise 100%. Leather lever wrap. I'm asking $1,250, shipped to your FFL. This one is special, is super slick and one of a kind. These aren't easy to find, and you're not likely to find one fixed up like this. DF Edited to add, full Marble buckhorn, white front bead. Dirt Farmer, SASS #59817
USPS tracking shows CBC arrived at your FFL's place on Monday. When you pick it up, drop me a line to make sure it arrived without issue and your opinion. Ben had it well packed, so it should be OK. Thanks, Robert
