Voting fraud

Most quoted Wild Claims of "voter Fraud" are just that.  Wild Claims with no actual substance.  Just repeated by PARROTS so many times folks begin to believe.  And then we have leadership actually suggesting committing crimes by voting twice.  It is a crime.  When someone you don't like is elected, jumping up and claiming FRAUD is just dumb.

Okay then, why is ONLY one party pushing for this? The same party that would never allow you to purchase a firearm by mail, without background checks, etc?

Sir, you would have a different view if you lived in California.

The occurrence of voting fraud is real; the frequency of it, and its effect on particular election outcomes is, I suspect, variable.  Bottom line - it's probably groundless to claim that it did or did not effect the outcome UNLESS it is closely policed, investigated and applicable laws enforced.

There are lots of opportunities for fraud if this is not done.

Samples of investigated and prosecuted fraud from every state - and some illustrated cases that I never would have guessed could happen.  Intriguing how many cases involve hundreds of misused absentee ballots, submitted fraudulently by election workers and elected officials.  The single votes by folks lying about their identity do not bother me greatly; their likely effect is very slight.  But a poll worker jamming 250 stolen absentee ballots into the box for their candidate of choice, by itself or by several workers, could swing a close race.

Absentee ballots don't concern me.  You have to ask for an absentee ballot.

I see mass mailing ballots to all the voters on voter rolls- that are suspect because of duplicate names, the dead, etc... still being listed- puts an 'excess' of ballots on the street and who is to say what will be done with them.  It's fraud looking for a place to happen.

Then, there's places like California that use motor voter registration.  The LA Times reported almost 84,000 duplicate registrations in just 5 months.  There's also the 1500 illegal aliens (and that's just what are known) that were also registered to vote by the California DMV.

A vote here and there may not swing an election but 85,500 (that we know of) sure can!

I departed California in 1966/7.  Looks like that was fortunate.  Unfortunate my next stop was Southeast Asia.  Apparently that was a better stop than California.

Sad.  Use to be a really nice place.

should be one vote for each citizen , thats it period , no aliens - dead folks - BS of any kind , to give each american his fair say , and you should have to prove you are eligible , no matter who says what of any origin before the vote - the votes are only ours

Can't cite any articles to back up the thought, but I tend to believe one of the reasons voter fraud is not more actively prosecuted goes to the, 'Don't ask the question if you're afraid of the answer,' cliche.

What happens to an election if, months after the election, widespread voter fraud is established? Do you go back and try to validate an accurate count, even if that might disenfranchise some legitimate votes? Or do you repeat the election? On a local level that might be doable -- but on a state or national scale? And how does that effect the beneficiary of the fraud, if he or she had plausible deniability of it?

What does uncovering pervasive election fraud do to public confidence in one of the most basic institutions of our republic?  It's easy to say it would boost confidence, but would it really?

I'd say rip the band-aid off and go for it. But relegating it to the realm of conspiracy theorists and social media discussions keeps the machine lurching along.

Sadly, America does not have the will to stop voter fraud.

Why is that?
To enable voter fraud.

We know who it is.  We know how they do it.  Then we let them get away with it in order to remain polite and open minded.  Eventually, if we haven't waited too long already, they'll have to have their ass kicked.  Just have to do it.  It is not like 2020 would be made worse.

Or Washington State.

Anyone who thinks voter fraud doesn't happen isn't aware of the drama that surrounded Republican Dino Rossi's attempt at becoming Governor of WA state in 2004. He won the election by a narrow margin, and then after two recounts managed to lose it. During the recounts the Dems claimed to have found a whole bunch of ballots that had not been counted, and the Republicans claimed to have found evidence of people voting twice, continuing to participate in the election process after death, and other shenanigans. The left-leaning state Supreme Court ruled against the GOP citing lack of sufficient evidence, and we haven't had a Republican governor since.

This has to have been one of the ugliest election messes in modern history.

Republicans demanded a re-vote, citing evidence that at least one major county (King, which includes Seattle) had failed to send ballots to active military personnel (likely Republican voters) as required by law; presentation of a list of 1,135 felons, deceased people, or people who allegedly voted twice, and indication that  for some precincts in King County there were more mail-in ballots than votersMail-in ballots for six precincts were lost or destroyed; of those six, four were known to heavily support Rossi.

Superior Court Judge Bridges (D) rejected all the Republican claims and denied the re-vote request.

About the only thing that approaches this in ugliness is the creation of California's "jungle primary."  Thank you, R(ino) Gov. Schwarzenegger.  :(

There is a simple solution for the vote-by-mail fraud:  stop electing Democrats.

Swing the House to GOP in November.
Pelosi will be forced to vacate the Speaker of the House position on January 3, 2021.

This will happen before Trump and Pence are forced to leave on January 20, 2021 as a result of Democrat vote-by-mail fraud.

Pelosi will no longer be #3 in line to become president, by Trump and Pence being forced out of office due to an inconclusive vote.

When the election is inconclusive, the 12th and 20th amendments require the House to elect the president.
This is a 1 State = 1 Vote election, so the few big welfare states cannot gerrymander this process.

All we have to do: get every GOP off their dead butts and out to vote. In the best of times, voter turnout is only around 60%.

If you value your way of life, make sure you vote.

GOP ballots are the only ones at risk for being "lost."

Simple solution for those who are concerned about Democrat vote-by-mail fraud: HAND CARRY your completed ballot to your precinct collection point.

Use a box inside a gov't building, as these lock-boxes are harder for Democrat activists to steal.

Get them in EARLY so they will be counted on election night.

Vote-By-Mail primary ballots (Florida) have previously marked externally as (R) or (D) bar code, which makes it easy for post office and collection activists to "lose" those (R) marked ballots.

A single activist Post Office employee can "lose" entire bags of ballots. This is already well documented, time and time again.

You would not trust the Post Office with a winning lottery ticket, so why trust them with your ballot?

HAND CARRY your vote-by-mail ballot to a secure collection point.

Okay, registered Republican here. My wife and I will be traveling on Election Day, so I wrote for an absentee ballot. Notified today I would not receive it unless I followed up even further.

From what I read Pennsylvania supreme court has approved mail in ballots counted up to 3 days after election, don't have to have post marks, and they can't check the signatures and throw them out if they don't match. Michigan will count ballots up to 14 days after the election. So the current president either wins those states in a landslide or the ballots will be counted til he loses.

Went to the grocery store today (City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg Co, NC - we have a history of voter fraud).  There was a woman, with a l'il bitty portable table, set up in the parking lot.  Register to vote here.  How can this even be legal?  How are these 'registrations' even going to be vetted?  I was tempted to sign up again.
