Utah Bob #35998
Two of these guys buzzed our drop zone in Bavaria in ‘68. Our Colonel was hopping mad. I thought he was going to have a stroke! Fortunately, the good Colonel didn't see me grinning. Or hear my softly muttered, "Ausgezeichnet"

Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
We had a German pilot buzz our DZ at Gablingen Kaserne, back in '59, during training. Came in tree top level and dropped down a few feet. Someone got the tail numbers. Col Ward was not a happy Regiment Commander. Maybe that was some kind of initiation for German pilots. Buzz the Yanks and get a beer.
