I am going to attempt to do a pizza on the charcoal grill tonight! :D

The dough is rising as we speak

But she suggested it so the kitchen wouldn’t heat up so.....;)

I may never cook pizza in the oven again.

Toppings were: grilled chicken chunks, bacon, white cheddar, mozzarella, feta, cherry tomatoes, garlic, portabella mushrooms, secret Italian spices, olive oil, scratch made dough. No tomato sauce.

I had to leave out the sausage because of Carol’s diet but it was still quite tasty.
