Why would any gun owner belong to AARP?

After AARP backed ObamaCare, that was my last dealing with them.  I told them to take my name off of all of their mailing lists.  Haven't heard from them since.

I rethank (rethinked?) it almost eight years ago and have been a member of AMAC since then.  I ever did join AARP because I saw through their crap from the beginning.

I joined AMAC and got a medicare supplement plan through one of their references. It was the worst supplement plan ever, raised my rates every year even though I never used it. I switched to Medical Mutual which is free. AMAC may be the conservative answer to AARP but neither one really does anything for you. It's about selling insurance. I dropped AMAC and never joined AARP.
