Recommended Posts

Due to my recent shoulder replacement surgery and convalescence I have not participated in any shooting competitions for quite some time.  I do miss all my SASS friends and cowboy action shooting very much.  This sad situation ended Saturday when I wandered over to the Powder Creek Cowboys range for the monthly shoot.  Unable to make smoke, but phone in hand, I took a few videos.

Shoulders are a lot of work to rehab!!   The rehab is the most important part of recuperating!!

Do the exercises religiously and follow the instructions that the therapists give you.

Full recovery is possible!

Get well soon!!

I know how you feel.  Because of wu flu and having to travel internationally to cover for people who cannot travel, I haven't been to a shoot since probably october of last year.  I don't expect to make one this year at all, but I am optimistically putting in for vacation for my club's annual shoot.
