Chili Ron
Howdy, This sunday they had a half page article on Blue Lou. He says that he has been recognized in many places. I asked my waitress if she had seen Blues Brothers.... NO. I asked the cashier if she had...again NO. College age kids never saw it. And there is a Blues Brothers II also. One of the top ten movies ever.... Best CR

Red Eye Jim
I ran out of gas! I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare! My tux didn't come back from the cleaners! An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locus. It wasn't my fault. I swear to god! I believe the concert hall scene near the end of the movie came from that production. Can someone verify?

Red Eye Jim
By the way, there are I think, 4 "Official" Blues Brothers albums if Memory serves. Briefcase full of Blues - The Original Album that was a result of their SnL popularity. The Movie Soundtrack Made in America - Live Album I think from a concert tour they did after the movie. Blues Brothers 2000 - Soundtrack
Pat Riot
One of my favorite movies. I got to witness part of the big police car chase filming in Chicago. I was in the Navy stationed at Great Lakes. We had no idea what was going on. We just knew “someone” was filming a movie. We found out later what it was all about. They must have had that old black and white doing 80 through the streets with a bunch of CPD cars in pursuit. Very cool. I got to see the movie months later while at C School in Minneapolis. Frederick Jackson Turner
Definite Top Ten film. The sequel...not so much, except for the music. That's still pretty solid! Cheers, FJT
