In 1876, frontiersman "Wild Bill" Hickok was shot and killed while playing poker at a SALOON in Deadwood, Dakota Territory, by Jack McCall, who was later hanged.

Actually, Wild Bill was killed before Bullock arrived in Deadwood.

(could be he was delayed due to the extra time trying to button his shirt) :P

Well, we know it wasn't an ace nor an eight. That would mean it could have any of the 44 other cards. :rolleyes:

Ordinarily two pair would be a fair hand, with two aces, better yet. But in Wild Bill's case, not so much.
