I was reading a book about a vengeance driven serial killer.  To add to each victims degradation, he also cooked and ate a portion of each.

 

If you were going to eat a prime healthy young human, what cut would you choose?

With a biped, however, the spine is constantly flexing backwards and forwards. The muscles on both sides of it are constantly getting used.

 

Seems to me that the backstrap of a biped would be tough.

At one time or another I was watching to a program about the cannibals 

in New Guinea. The person interviewed a woman that had been a participant. 

He asked what part was the most tender. She replied the forearm. I will take her word 

for it.
