Lets see some dogs

Recommended Posts

So, after being a one dog family for a couple of years, we decided it was time to upgrade.  A few nights on the interwebs, and we located this sweet girl about a hundred miles away.  She's five or six, and had a rough life up until now.  She was part of a pet hoarding situation, and hasn't had much attention until now.  But her sweet disposition and loving manner won our hearts, and now Trudy is part of our family.

She's a Dachshund and Yorkshire Terrier mix, and weighs about six pounds.

:FlagAm: Riley was three hours away from being put down.  He was abused and would not interact with anyone.  Been two years coming up that we have enjoyed each other.  He loves road trips, camping and has several kitty buddies.  He still is very unsure of other people and is terrified of children.  He is great with us and minds very well.  We love him and he loves us.  Really only thing that counts.

His SASS alias is: The Masked Rider of the Purple Sage.

It really doesn't help that his breed is known to suffer from hyper-restivity (it's the opposite of hyper-activity.  The hyper-active can't sit still.  The hyper-restive can't get moving.)

Since they are dressed alike, do you suppose they are twins? Fraternal, obviously, not identical. Different hair color, and the blond is taller.
