Warm in The Republic

Recommended Posts

It is a mite warm. Could be worse. My brother in law and wife live in Scottsdale. Week or two back one of his windows blew out (no windows cracked). Of course it was a Ford to boot. ;)

91° at 11am this morning. Probably safe to put the space heater away.

At 5:00 pm "weather dot com" sez it's 105° in Madera... the thermometer on my covered, screened in front porch sez 110°.

'Tis a mite warmish.  Whew

Know it's a mite warm when the lowest temp in state was Corpus Christi at 96°

"Ah, to be in England in the Spring"

I spent 10 years of my life in Corpus.  The humidity makes the heat worse, but it’s not as bad as Baton Rouge.
