Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted July 9, 2020 Share Posted July 9, 2020 That's a person who scrimshaws things. I have a really great pair of grips for two Uberti 1860 Army civilian models. Thought I'd have the figure lasered in, but the guy tested the laser (where it can't be seen) and it melted into the plastic (Kirinite from Eagle grips). I'd settle for actual engraving, but I lost Kelly Laster's number. He did some work for me way back in my pre-freedom days. I'd also like to find someone who an does super quality nickel plating of the back straps and trigger guards. I'd like to get this done quickly and at a reasonable cost.
