Three and a half boxes of factory ammo equals 70 rounds, plus 40 empty cases, half of which are not Hornady. This ammo is out of stock everywhere I looked online. $90 plus UPS actual shipping cost. Yes, ammo can be shipped via UPS Ground with the appropriate hazmat label, which I have done a few times, but never to CA. No permit needed, just a label. Researched and found that ammo can be shipped to California but only to an authorized ammo dealer, FFL, or an exempt person such as a LEO. TargetsportUSA website has a way to search with zip code for a legal vendor in CA. Bottom line: the transaction has fallen through. 45-70 Ammo is still available.
