When you say doctor most everyone knows exactly that you refer to a person who can fix problems on the human body. I think we need a word like that for the guy who can fix computer problems. It should include a license I think. Did I miss anything? don't we need that word? Or maybe a series of words like ranks in the army? That might be good, maybe. I didn’t say they were all knowing, just that they claim to be. Actually the Geek Squad at my local unnamed commercial establishment have been helpful to me in the past.
