This paved the way for car tires and other important things..............

CAS is based on THE REEL WEST, as opposed to the real west.

 

I recall a Tom Berenger movie in the not too far distant past, where he as the sheriff was recommending that somebody, if he was going to have social interaction with that particular woman, he needed to avail himself of some of Mr. Goodyear's products.

 

That would seem to make it relevant to me.
