Dee Mak Jack, SASS #55905
Thinking of buying one. Don't want a high end AR just something for plinking that is dependable.
DocWard
I have no experience with them, but I will say the Ruger PC9 puts a grin on the face of every person who shoots it. The Ruger comes with an adapter so you can use Glock mags as well. I'm not saying the Ruger is better, but it is another option. I'm also saying 9mm carbines are a lot of fun. Chili Ron
Howdy, Have you tried one? They aren't expensive and its sure a popular caliber. Do you ever get over to Dekalb? Best CR
Trigger Mike
Never tried the JRC but ditto on the $500 ruger PC9 being fun and accurate
LawMan Mark, SASS #57095L
I handled one that a guy brought into the LGS the other day. He was looking to sell it. We passed on it, as they don't have a good reputation. I agree with Doc Ward...the Ruger is an awesome gun for the price. I have one of the first gen guns and its great. I dropped a hundred dollar red dot sight on it, and love it. I also have an ATI Milsport 9mm carbine. It's a billet lower carbine that is purpose built for 9mm and Glock magazines. It's only drawback is failure to lock back on the last round. Otherwise, it just runs and runs. They run around 500 used and 700 new.
Ozark Huckleberry
High Point is the Rodney Dangerfield of pistol caliber carbines. It might look like something from Planet of the Apes, but it isn’t finicky about ammo, nails cans at 50 yards with a reflex sight, and is a great PCC value. Shotgun Willie Nelson
I have a Gen 1 in 9mm. It's a blast for plinking. My only complaint is not easy to break down and clean.

I read that the newer ones are much easier to take down at the buffer.
