I thought (wrongly) it was Rogers & Hammerstein, I worked every combination and permutation of Oklahoma! without success, and completely by accident, found it!Aaron Copeland's Hoedown Pardon me while I replay it, and lean back in my chair with my head back and my eyes closed, riding the music like riding the New River Rapids in West Virginia!
