Chili Ron Posted June 2, 2020 Share Posted June 2, 2020 Howdy, Portillos is a local area hot dog stand that has developed into a popular place for hot dogs, burgers, big salads and bbq ribs and last but not least chocklit cake. They have a limited menu for drive thru and I stop by every few days....yum. But yesterday one fella had a hot dog face mask...hilarious.
