Damn Covid-19 Crapolla!

Recommended Posts

Had to cancel out August fishing trip to Alaska. Fishing resort is cancelling their whole season. At least we got all our deposits  and airline fares refunded.! Maybe next year. Spent a month in Alaska last summer and wanted to go back, but just too chancy!

The other night they  showed Alaska Airlines bringing in the first harvest of Copper River Salmon.

Fellow walked down the jetway with this huge fish, I would guess maybe 40 inches long, and gutted.

I heard that it was going to be prepared into meals and served to Hospital workers. They claimed that around

9 ,000 pounds of fish were on board. All was earmarked for medical responders and other first responders.

I have some reservations about the Copper River claims, and I hope Alaska doesn't overfish the resource, like

Washington  state did with her salmon stocks.
