Restaurants in Tennessee are allowed to open today under fairly tight restrictions. Apparently they are not good enough for the restaurant chain with orange shorts and white tank tops. I patrolled the subdivision, a fairly large one, and pulled the guy over and discovered no insurance which meant i could do an inventory of the contents for towing. I found sets of brand new bra and panties. He claimed he was with her when she put them on layaway (which seemed odd putting underwear on layaway). She worked at hooters even though she was married so I had to drive 20 miles to hooters to further investigate the stalking. Those hooter girls surrounded me and evidently liked my uniform. They were pretty close. I had a fun time explaining that to my wife later. He was convicted. The first one on the books and among the first in the state. I used to go to the original first store (on Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater Fl) back years ago. The Hooters chain USED to have good wings and fantastic looking Hooters Girls. The only thing they have now is the fantastic looking Hooters Girls. The last four or five times that I went to Hooters (different ones), the food was terrible.....I mean real terrible. Maybe it depends on the location but the Hooters bad food syndrome seems to be all over Tampa Bay. Just too many other wing places with good food and fantastic looking servers to eat bad food.
