Alpo Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 German tanks during World War II had what appeared to be a large key on the back. Was this an actual thing? Or just something painted on the tank? Pat Riot Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 When I was a kid watching old movies and news reels I always thought the key looked like a sardine can opener and the location it was painted was a good place to start with armor piercing “can opener” rounds.
