Ridiculous. What this case basically says is that a person injured or killed by a firearm has the right (or their survivors do) to sue a manufacturer for their product. Now, remove the firearm and insert car, or fast food. So if a person is driving drunk and is killed in an accident, can they sue both budweiser and general motors? Or if a person is diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes can they sue McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts?  Leave it to a progressive circuit judge to allow such nonsense and waste of taxpayer dollars.
