Ruger sent me pawls, oversized cyl stops and replaced all screws. Plus new t'bars and cross pins for free. Also received 2 new cylinder gate springs that I didn't even ask for. All they asked for were the serial numbers of the 2 guns. The gal I spoke to really new the Varquero.
