Subdeacon Joe
Down in GA, AL, SC, and surrounding? I saw this on FB: Tornadoes causing major problems over night and continuing this morning from Alabama to SC. This is a crazy image from Upson County, Georgia. Cypress Sun
I can't believe that the service drop is still attached to the riser. That's 2" rigid conduit bent over like that, I bet you could play a tune on that drop.
Warden Callaway
Really odd the amount of destruction and yet it looks like most of the windows are unbroken.

DocWard
I just received word that my oldest daughter's boyfriend and his mother lost their house in Chattanooga. Both of them are OK, because she had the foresight to retrofit a tornado safe room at the house.

Charlie Harley, #14153
Younger daughter is okay in Birmingham. Two tornados in the county but missed her. She survived the Tuscaloosa tornado by a hundred yards and gets quite skittish when the sirens wail.
Linn Keller, SASS 27332, BOLD 103
Few things frighten me, but a tornado genuinely does! The National Weather Service warned us our wind would be fit to blow the shadow out from underfoot. The worst we got was as nothing compared to the South! Brr! Looks like it blew hard enough to shove the road under that poor old house! That took more horsepower than merely blowing away the shadow!
