Dinner Tonight

A few weeks ago I bought some Kamut (Khorasan wheat) cooked in vegetable broth, along with Garlic-Lemon Shrimp and Broccoli.  

Not bad.  First time I've tried the Kamut wheat.  Chewy.  Flavor somewhere between wheat and barley.  Should have cooked it longer, though.
