Subdeacon Joe Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 A few weeks ago I bought some Kamut (Khorasan wheat) cooked in vegetable broth, along with Garlic-Lemon Shrimp and Broccoli. Not bad. First time I've tried the Kamut wheat. Chewy. Flavor somewhere between wheat and barley. Should have cooked it longer, though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
