Initial security screening catches a lot of them, but not all. In the background, we are doing additional screening on every new forum member. But sometimes, even we have to sleep... So, it is up to you to be diligent. It is a big, wide, world out there, and spammers come from all over at all times. It sends us a "red flag" and we can look into that person closer for you. There is nothing we can do once you send some person funds, or are dissatisfied with a transaction.
