Esential Quarantine Supplies - Bourbon

While others are hoarding toilet paper, bottled water, and canned food, those of us who really contemplated a long stay at home, headed to the liquor store.  I needed some decent IPA and wife was out of bourbon.

 

My cowboy gunsmith turned me on to an excellent Bourbon that retails for $20 less a handle than Makers.  100 proof Very Old Barton is excellent.  VOB in 86 and 90 proof, IMHO, not so much.  I bought some Friday and both Miss Kitty Kat and I give it two thumbs up!

 

I just thought it was the cowboy way to share important information

I’ll check it out. I mentioned this the other day In line at Safeway. Lots of empty shelves but plenty of booze available. Booze and coffee is pretty much the only thing I’m hoarding

I’ll hit the local likker store as soon as possible. I only brought a pint of Bulleit rye with me and about the same left in the Macallan bottle.
