Abilene Slim SASS 81783
Watched the first and most of the second episode before turning it off. Looked interesting at first. Dreadful show that’s overwrought and predictable at the same time, IMHO. On Amazon Prime. Anyone else watching? Whoops! Please move to Saloon! Tex Jones, SASS 2263
I just started to watch "Counterpart" with JK Simmons filmed in Berlin. Kind of strange science fiction/action adventure. You need to watch at least two episodes in order to get the idea. The next Bosch season goes on in April.
Nasty Newt # 7365
I am planning to give "Hunters" a look. Of course it isn't a comedy, but Capt. George Baylor posted a laugh out loud line of dialogue from the show on Facebook: "Men are like floor tiles. Lay them right the first time, and you can walk on them the rest of your life." Marshal Hangtree
I've been watching "Hunters". The plot is intriguing, and the storyline moves at a fast enough pace to keep you from being bored. Al Pacino does a good job, as always. But there are enough stupid little skits, dancing, and other meaningless background stories to distract from the overall story. Like, what difference did it make to the story that the FBI agent is a lesbian? Why make that such an integral part of the story line? Stupid PC crap thrown in as filler that I could do without. But there is still enough historically correct content to keep it interesting.
