I once had a Basset Hound that was so sorry and lazy, I had to carry the sumbirch outside to poop. He fell in love with the air conditioning and carpet and flat refused to go outside in the summer. I've got an American bulldog mix that we brought inside when his yardmate passed that has become a true believer in teepee living as well. He stays outside only once a day when he walks the edge of the property to read the morning newspaper.
