Yellowhouse Sam # 25171
The post about the Pawnee Bill Colt got me to thinking of another collector namely Texas Man whom I haven't seen on here in ages. Sincerely hope that all is well with him....sure miss his stories.

Allie Mo, SASS No. 25217
The Administrators have access to Wire users email addresses that they used to register for the Wire. You might ask one if they would email him a link to this thread and that we want to know how he is doing.

Cat Brules
“TEXAS MAN” is his SASS Alias His stories are very good. Maybe someone can research his past Wire activity and copy/paste his stories forward into new Topics, giving Texas Man credit as the author(?) I am unable to do that, at least in my current situation. Cat Brules
Red Gauntlet , SASS 60619
His personal tales were detailed and interesting enough to justify being collected and published, as several here urged him to do in earlier years. They were told in a very candid and unaffected way. Some few back then speculated as to their truth; none as to their power and force. Indeed, I think the occasional skepticism was precisely because of their detail and impact; truth being greater than fiction was the response; I myself never doubted their accuracy at all. They were extraordinary, in fact. I would be most interested in hearing about how things have gone, or went, with him.
