Lil Magill Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 I have two Marlins that I am bringing to Winter Range. I will be there Wednesday, February 26th. One is a 1984S in .44. JM stamped barrel. The other is a short stoked 1894 Cowboy Competition, blued, and JM stamped barrel. I am pretty sure SPUR slicked up this rifle, but can't guarantee that. Will not ship, must pick up. Asking $1500.00 for both. Will also sell individually. These belonged to Texas Slim and have been in the safe. Some dings on the forearms and butt stocks. Jackaroo, # 29989 Posted February 25, 2020 Share Posted February 25, 2020 The one with the Texas flag butt stock is the one I swapped for a SKB shotgun at TX state champs back in 2009. In fact it was a little 3 way deal that had 2 vaqueros involved with Rusty Cuffs> LOL. And yes, it is short stroked by Spur, he did it for me, and it ran flawless. Slim used it as his own.
