Yes, but it's not a Spencer caliber.

There were -

.56-.56 Spencer

.56-.52 Spencer

.56-.50 Spencer

.56-.46 Spencer

There never was a cartridge called the .45 Spencer or .45 Colt Spencer. Repros have been available in .56-.50, .45 Colt, .44-40, and .44 Russian, all of which are legal, while none of the other Spencer cartridges are. Larry Romano may have made them in other calibers.

If you're planning on shooting it in Cowboy Action, the .56-.50 is the only allowed Spencer caliber.

Rifle Calibers

not limited to, .32-20, .32 Magnum, .357 Magnum, .38 Special, .38-40, .44-40, .44
Special, .44 Magnum, and .45 Colt. The only allowed exceptions are the .25-20 and

Correct. They are all legal main match rifle cartridges, whether that be in a Marlin, 1866, 1873, Spencer, etc., but the only one of the four Spencer cartridges allowed is the .56-.50. Any of the aforementioned legal main match rifle cartridges would be legal in a Spencer, but the only Spencer cartridge allowed is the .56-50 Spencer. The .56-.56 Spencer, .56-.52 Spencer, and the .56-.46 Spencer are not.
