Couple of post World War II movies taking place in occupied Berlin, and when the Russians got drunk they would always sing that. Ray Stevens SURFIN' USSR has that as background music. Nope, that is Государственный гимн Советского Союза Might as well throw in the rock version (Actually the anthem of the Russian Federation, Государственный гимн Российской Федерации).
